The Short Version

AI Agent Worx builds done-for-you AI systems that answer your calls, capture and follow up with leads, book appointments, and automate the repetitive work that eats your day. Most services go live in one to three weeks, and you don't need any technical experience. If your question isn't answered below, call (775) 204-8485 and ask us directly.

Everything You Asked

What does AI Agent Worx actually do?

We build practical AI systems that do real work for small and medium businesses — answering every call, capturing and qualifying leads, booking appointments, following up with customers, and automating repetitive back-office tasks. We design, build, test, and hand off systems that already work. You're not buying software you have to figure out on your own.

Do I need technical experience to work with you?

No. Every service is done-for-you. We handle the setup, the integrations, the testing, and the deployment, then hand off a working system. You run your business — we make sure the technology runs itself.

How long does setup take?

Most services go live in one to three weeks. Typical timelines by service:

AI phone receptionist1–2 weeks
Appointment scheduling1–2 weeks
AI AvatarsConfirmed after discovery
SEO & online visibility1–3 weeks, then monthly
GEO (AI visibility)1–3 weeks, then monthly
Google Business Profile optimizationOngoing monthly
Lead generation1–4 weeks
Workflow automation1–6 weeks
Website design & build2–6 weeks
How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on which services you need and how complex your setup is, so we scope it to your business instead of selling a fixed package. Book a free 30-minute discovery call and we'll tell you what we'd build first and what it would cost. Final pricing and scope are always confirmed by our team before any work begins.

What services do you offer?
What is GEO, and how is it different from SEO?

SEO gets you found on Google and Google Maps. GEO — Generative Engine Optimization — gets your business recommended and cited by AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity when customers ask them for suggestions. We audit how AI engines currently describe your business, correct wrong or missing information, and optimize your presence so you show up in AI answers. See how GEO works →

Will AI replace my employees?

No. The systems we build take the repetitive, after-hours, and easy-to-miss work off your team's plate — the calls nobody could get to, the follow-ups that slipped, the manual data entry. Your people spend their time on the work that actually needs a human.

Do I have to replace the tools I already use?

Usually not. We prefer to connect and automate the tools you already rely on. If something is genuinely holding your business back, we'll tell you plainly and explain why — but we won't push a rebuild for its own sake.

Do you only work with businesses in Nevada?

No. We're based in Nevada and work with small and medium businesses across the United States. Everything we build is set up and supported remotely.

What happens after launch — do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. We don't hand you a system and disappear. Websites are maintained by us, AI clone video content and platforms are managed for you, and SEO and GEO are ongoing because search results and AI answers keep shifting. You get plain-language support from a real partner.

What happens on the free discovery call?

It's a 30-minute conversation, not a sales pitch. We look at how your business runs today, identify where you're losing time or leads, and tell you exactly what we'd build first and why. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

How do I get started?

Three ways: book a free 30-minute discovery call, call (775) 204-8485, or email Info@aiagentworx.ai. We'll take it from there.

Your Clone, Your Questions

Can you create a Spanish-speaking AI avatar for my business?

Yes. We can help you plan Spanish-language marketing videos, service explainers, and website greetings, whether your business serves customers in Spanish, English, or both. We'll discuss your audience, preferred accent, and regional wording, then review a sample with you before approving it for use. A live Spanish-speaking website avatar is a separately scoped interactive upgrade. You don't have to change your brand or communication style to reach customers in their preferred language.

What is the difference between an AI avatar, AI clone, and digital twin?

An AI avatar is a digital presenter; a custom or personal avatar uses a specific person's likeness rather than a stock character. AI clone and digital twin are also used for a personal digital replica built around your face and voice. We use AI clone avatar as another description of that personalized service. Digital human is a broader term for a human-like on-screen character. Live answers require a conversational AI avatar, also called an interactive avatar, which we offer as a separate website upgrade.

Do I need to give consent, and who owns my AI clone?

We require your explicit permission before creating or using a clone of your face or voice. We agree with you on approved uses and who can request content. Your likeness is not the same thing as ownership of the software: platform access, video downloads, usage rights, and what happens if you cancel will be set out in your service agreement before you commit. We won't promise outright ownership of a third-party platform or its avatar model.

How realistic will my AI clone look and sound?

The goal is a recognizable version of you, not a generic presenter. Results depend on the quality of the recordings, the platform, the language, and the delivery style. We review a sample with you before approving it for use and refine the setup based on your feedback. It is still AI-generated, so we don't promise it will be indistinguishable from you in every expression, accent, or situation.

What does the capture session involve, and how long does onboarding take?

For planning, allow roughly an hour for guided video and voice capture; we'll confirm the actual session length beforehand. The full onboarding process also includes discovery questions, gathering approved content examples, voice training, persona setup, and your review of a sample. Additional recordings or revisions may be needed. The recording session is only one part of setup, so we agree on the complete timeline after discovery rather than promising a fixed launch date.

How do you teach the clone my personality and communication style?

We ask about your business, customers, tone, common questions, and topics the clone should avoid. With your permission, we review examples you provide or approve, such as social posts, website pages, writing, and previous videos. We turn these into a reference profile, or “clone brain,” that guides scripts and, with the interactive upgrade, answers and handoffs. You review the result. The goal is to reflect your style, not claim to copy your thoughts or replace your judgment.
